Chloe grew up in the Philadelphia area and lost her virginity at age sixteen. Moreover, Couture was involved in the yearbook, morning announcements, and musical productions while in grade school. Chloe did her first hardcore shoot at age eighteen for the top company Reality Kings in October, 2015.
Couture has subsequently gone on to work for such notable companies and adult websites as Mofos, PornPros, Mile High, ATK Galleria, Digital Sin, Casting Couch X, Step Siblings Caught, and West Coast Productions.
